培養(yǎng)皿要如何選呢？
培養(yǎng)皿是細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)過程中*的實(shí)驗(yàn)室耗材之一。考慮在細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)的嚴(yán)格無(wú)菌和潔凈，培養(yǎng)皿一般都是一次性的。
玻璃培養(yǎng)皿芮然較容易清晰消毒，可重復(fù)使用，但是玻璃培養(yǎng)皿相對(duì)粗糙，皿底不平整，且未經(jīng)硅化處理，不宜用于微滴培養(yǎng)?，F(xiàn)在主要以塑料培養(yǎng)皿為主，塑料培養(yǎng)皿的生產(chǎn)廠家很多，總的來(lái)說(shuō)，有國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)和進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品，國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)的價(jià)格低廉，比進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品低，單質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相對(duì)模糊，不夠嚴(yán)格，表現(xiàn)為從外觀、包裝、消毒水平、清潔狀態(tài)和培養(yǎng)效果都存在不足，底面不平整光潔，有毛邊劃痕，制作粗糙，包裝袋有漏口。進(jìn)口的塑料培養(yǎng)皿有丹麥、美國(guó)、加拿大、芬蘭和以色列等國(guó)生產(chǎn)的，在上被廣泛使用，這些產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，但是價(jià)格較高。
