特點(diǎn)及技術(shù)指標(biāo)：

1. 縱向磁化線圈采用自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的雙螺旋鎖緊開合線圈，保證磁化線圈接點(diǎn)不發(fā)熱不打火，線圈通電可靠，磁化效果穩(wěn)定，線圈壽命長。

2. 采用了變頻傳動(dòng)裝置來控制車軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，轉(zhuǎn)速可自由設(shè)定并實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)換向，便于觀察磁痕。

3. 采取磁化電流不等值衰減措施，關(guān)斷電源時(shí)自動(dòng)退磁，被檢測(cè)工件剩磁小。

4. 采用了的可控硅調(diào)流系統(tǒng)，磁化電流連續(xù)可調(diào)。
